Refund policy

At GelWeapons.com, we strive for satisfied customers and products of the highest quality. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make use of our return policy as described below. This policy complies with applicable European and British legislation on consumer rights.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you placed the order.

2. Defective, damaged or incomplete products

Have you received an item that is damaged, defective or incomplete?

We will provide you with further assistance in reporting and resolving this issue. In the event of a defective or incomplete delivery, we will of course reimburse the return costs.

3. Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return and/or exchange:

  • The item must be complete and undamaged.
  • The item must be returned in the same product packaging as it was delivered.
  • No tape, adhesive tape or shipping label may be applied to the original product packaging. We recommend packaging the product in an additional shipping box or shipping bag.

If the return shipment does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return. In that case, the product will be returned to the customer without prior notice.

4. Shipping costs & responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for returning the items correctly.
  • GelWeapons.com is not liable for loss or damage during the return shipment.
  • We recommend sending the parcel insured and registered, preferably with GLS. In case of loss, the customer can submit a claim to the relevant carrier.
  • The costs for returning the product are borne by the customer, unless:
    • The product was delivered defective and/or damaged;
    • The product was received incomplete.

In these exceptional cases, we will reimburse the return costs.

5. Refund

After receipt of the return shipment:

  • The product will be checked for completeness, damage and packaging.
  • If all conditions are met, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original payment.

Please note:

  • The shipping costs of the original order and any transaction costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
  • Gift vouchers and products whose packaging has been opened, damaged or torn are not eligible for return.

7. Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift vouchers
  • Products whose packaging has been opened, torn or damaged
  • Items that are not in their original condition or show signs of use
